Inviting team members
Team editing access is not broadly available yet. Here's what sharing does support today.
Team editing is one of the most requested OverSkill features, but it is not broadly available yet.
That means an app's editor link is not an invitation. Sending it to someone else does not give them editing access. If they are not already authorized for that workspace, they will not be able to open the editor.
What you can share today
You can still share your app in the ways that are live today:
- Preview link — share a working development preview after the first deploy.
- Live app link — share the published app URL with customers, testers, or teammates.
- Visibility settings — choose whether visitors can open the app publicly, need to log in, need to pay, or must use an approved email domain.
- App-user roles — for people who use the generated app itself, not people editing it inside OverSkill.
What is not available yet
OverSkill does not currently offer a self-serve way to invite another person to co-edit a generated app in your OverSkill editor.
In particular:
- Copying the editor URL does not grant access.
- A preview or live app link lets someone view or use the app, not edit it.
- Generated-app user roles are separate from OverSkill editor permissions.

If a teammate, contractor, or support person needs to work on a specific app with you, contact OverSkill support and explain the situation. We can help you choose the safest current workaround.
What is coming
Team/collaborator access — where you can invite specific people to view or edit apps in OverSkill — is planned, but we do not want to expose a broken invite flow before it is reliable.
